Refund Policy

If the shoe fits, wear it with pride. But, if the shoe doesn’t fit, let us know. We will provide a refund, send you a different style, a new size, or another color if it’s available. We want you to feel good about your Uwezo purchase and the contribution it makes to Empower African Children. For your convenience, a return shipping label is provided with each package shipped. Simply follow the steps below for returns:

  1. Call 214-641-7322 or email contact@uwezobrands.com to let us know you are returning your unworn Uwezos and what action you’d like taken: a.) Refund or b.) Exchange for different size, style, or color if available (indicate preferences)
  2. Repack the Uwezo shoes or boots in the original Uwezo shoebox and the shipping box in which they were received.
  3. Adhere the return shipping label to the outside of the box
  4. Drop off at the nearest UPS location or schedule a pickup from UPS Once we’ve received your return, we will process your request and follow up with an email confirmation.

A full refund will be given on returns made within 30 days of purchase
A 10% fee will be incurred on returns made between 30 & 90 days of purchase
A 50% refund will be given on returns made between 90 & 180 days of purchase
No refunds will be given on returns made after 180 days of purchase
